At the Anand Institute of Higher Technology, we emphasize structure and organization in every aspect of our programs, especially in the final placement process. Our guidelines for final placements are:
Employment offers should be made exclusively through the Placement Cell.
Organizations should provide details of their final placement requirements and registration forms to the Placement Cell as early as possible to facilitate scheduling.
Upon receiving job opportunities and relevant company literature, the Placement Office collects the bio-data of interested candidates and forwards them to the organizations.
The selection process is conducted on campus during mutually agreed-upon dates. Organizations are expected to announce the list of selected candidates promptly to prevent them from accepting offers elsewhere.
Organizations should communicate the terms and conditions agreed upon during interviews to the Placement Officer.
We take responsibility for providing facilities for pre-placement talks, group discussions, and interviews. We also extend hospitality to visiting executives.
To bolster campus placements, we have established Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with several IT majors and core industries such as WIPRO, Quest Hyundai-Mobis, FlSmidth, Saipem, Brakes India, Gyplite, and Bhumi.
Additionally, we have partnerships with training companies like Axiom Academy, RIPE Institute, SMART, and Career Junction, ensuring students receive comprehensive training, assessment, and job opportunities in both Indian and multinational companies.

The Training and Placement Division (TPD) at AIHT is an autonomous body dedicated to fulfilling organizational needs. Headed by the Head of Training & Placement and supported by an Assistant Placement Officer, Faculty Placement Coordinators, and Student Coordinators, TPD maintains strong corporate relations with major IT and core industries. Our team ensures seamless organization of on-campus placement events, off-campus events by CUIC, Anna University, and many pooled campus recruitments.
