St Aloysius Institute of Management & Information Technology (AIMIT) is the new campus for MBA and IT programmers offered by St Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangalore. Courses Offered

St Aloysius Institute of Management & Information Technology courses are offered at various levels like Postgraduate Degree i.e MBA (Finance), Master of Science (M.Sc.) The hostellers are provided with a cot, cupboard, study table and chair. Every hostel has solar water heaters, Wi Fi facility, TV room, reading room, visitors lounge, water coolers, generators, 24×7 security and surveillance cameras. AC rooms are available in new hostel. The hostels additionally have centers for indoor and out of doors games.

AIMIT has an excellent library spread across 12,000 Sq. ft. It is positioned with in side the Academic Block, above the pc laboratories. The lower section of the library has the OPEN ACCESS section where students can read books and journals. The upper section is for course-related books. The library has a vast collection of international journals and magazines, electronic resources and books on a wide range of topics.

The absolutely air-conditioned, today's AUDITORIUM can host 300 students. Conferences, meetings, programmers and college festivals are all held in this auditorium.

The Gymnasium is located above the Food Court and has a multi gym. There is also provision for indoor games like the table tennis and caroms. Girls have access to a separate gym facility in their hostel building which is open in the morning and evening. Basketball, volleyball, tennis and badminton courts will be set up soon. There are also plans to have a well-equipped recreation center with indoor basket ball stadium, swimming pool and other sports facilities.

The mess is served in the Canteen. Mess committee will decide upon the menu which consists of both vegetarian and non vegetarian preparations. Outside catering is not permitted.

Placements

The AIMIT Placement Cell works diligently to ensure that a majority of graduates are placed in good companies. The Cell interacts with the Industry and conducts intensive training to sharpen the managerial competencies of students.
