AIMSR Girls' Hostel has around 70 well-furnished triple rooms with comfortable beds, study tables, wardrobes, etc. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The Boys Hostel has 55 rooms with triple tenancy capacity furnished with comfortable cots, Study tables, Cupboards, etc. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the student canteen. Security guard coverage is available 24/7. The student canteen is near the girls' hostel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the student canteen.

Library

The Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Central library is one of the blooming best medical libraries in Hyderabad. The central library started operating in the academic year 2012. The Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research is composed of a central library and8 ministerial libraries that are collectively maintained It is a very lively campus place that offers a  comfortable and friendly safe environment that allows continuous learning and advancement of knowledge to become an Apollo Smart Doctor. The Central Library maintains a total collection of over 3000 volumes, including textbooks, reference works, and non-literary material in the fields of health sciences. Sports
