Annamacharya Educational Trust was founded in the year 1997 by a group of highly educated and service-minded individuals with a noble intention of providing professional and higher education to the students coming from backward rural areas of Rayalaseema.
The motto of the trust is: “Vivian Sarvatra Pujyathe”.The Educational Trust was registered in 1997 in the Regd. No. 135/IV/97 with its Head Quarters at Hyderabad. This educational trust, which is the sponsoring body, has established the following colleges at Rajampet, Kadapa district, Piglipur, Ranga Reddy district and Tirupati, Chittor district. The mission of the promoter, Annamacharya Educational Trust, is to provide quality education to needy students in the Rayalaseema region. As part of further expansion, the Trust proposes to establish more technical and non-technical institutions in A.P.
Recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC), Approval by AICTE & National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
Annamacharya Institute of Technology & Sciences, Kadapa of courses are offered at various levels like Undergraduate Degree (i.e B.Tech, etc.), Postgraduate Degree (i.e M.Tech., etc.) and PhD and many more. The Library
Annamacharya Institute of Technology & Sciences, Kadapa has its excellently equipped library housed in a second-storeyed building. It is adequately ventilated and furnished with a congenial academic ambience. The library has a collection of 10,000+ books, 100+ journals, 500+ dissertations, 4000 back volumes of journals and CDs and DVDs. Dewey's Decimal Classification system is followed for the arrangement of books.
Computer Lab
The requirement of the day is computer Education. Our computer lab has 49 systems and provides knowledge and experience to our students all the time. The lab is open even after college hours providing opportunities for the interested learners to practice and become masters in computer operations. Students utilise the Internet facility to download and prepare for their teaching practicals and use the Net for Powerpoint preparation.
Canteen
This place is very comfortable for all the students to relax for a while. Here are available not only tasty snacks but also stationery and other personal things.
