We at Alpha college of Engineering & Technology feel extremely privileged to have been able to provide manpower resources to the industry that are our country's growth engine.

The Placements, both for final jobs, and industrial training is an integral part of any technical institute’s annual calendar of activities. Alpha College of Engineering has a well laid-out and systematic process of dovetailing our student’s career aspirations with industry’s expectations. The main aim of the training and Placement cell is provide a unique platform to students by acting as a link between the Industries and Academia. Campus interviews are organized by inviting various companies for the placements of the students for jobs. The Placement Department at Alpha college of Engineering & Technologies comprise of full time training & placement officer, faculty members and student representatives of last two years.

The leading companies from all sectors are invited by the Placement Department on the campus, where the eligible students are facilitated to go through the entire selection process. The entire process is governed by the student's ability and performance, as well as the requirements and norms of the Industry.

1. Developing database of students and presenting their curriculum to various industries
   
2. Planning and organizing On-Campus as well as Off-Campus recruitment activities for the students.
3. Maintaining regular interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Work-shops, etc
4. Providing assistance to the students for completing industrial training & projects.
5. Providing industrial visits to improve their technical knowledge
6. Providing requisite training to students in the area of Personality Development and Communication Skills
