Alpine Institute of Technology was established by Ujjain Shikshan Evam Shodh Samiti in 2007 at Ujjain (MP), the city of splendid cultural heritage and famous Mahakaleshwar Temple. The institute is spread over a large, open, airy campus of 32 acres, situated 7 km away from the city. The institute was established with the prime objective to promote technical education in the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh. The institute is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiks Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, and Vikram Vishwavidyalaya, Ujjain.
