Dr. VBS Rajan Library (formerly George TR Campbell Library) is fully automated through AUTOLIB-ILMS, Web-OPAC, RFID, Barcode and INFED Remote Access with a separate block of 2342 sq.m area in two floors, Wi-Fi enabled, and with a seating capacity of 700 members, air-conditioned reading halls and lift facilities. The Academy of Maritime Education and Training (AMET) is assisting deserving students to get their scholarships from various Government Departments like Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu and Minority Community Welfare Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu and the Director of Fisheries, Government of Tamil Nadu. Apart from Government Scholarships, deserving students are also eligible for Maritime Training Scholarship, Merit award, and Management Scholarship.
