Hostels

Cafeteria

Hygienic vegetarian food is provided by Amrita Cafeteria on payable basis. North Indian dishes and 'chatts are also available on the menu.

Admission

Acceptance for admission to UG degree B.Tech is offered upon the basis of the candidate's success in the national entrance examinations JEE Mains, and AEEE that is administered within the Institute itself. The admission process for PG programs like M.Tech and doctoral programs Ph.D is also based on entrance. M.Tech admissions are granted by the candidates' score in the GATE entrance exam while admissions to the Ph.D program are based on the entrance test and an interview that is conducted by the institute. Candidates who have scores that are valid in other tests like UGC-NET are not required to take entrance tests.

Placements

It has a dedicated department for internships.
