Amrutvahini College of Engineering (AVCOE), Sangamner established in 1983 under the leadership of Hon. Late. Bhausaheb Thorat and progressing under the guidance of Hon. Shri. Balasaheb Thorat, Revenue Minister, Government of Maharashtra, and Hon. Dr.Sudhir Tambe (MLC Nashik). It is spread over 15.6 acres of ample greenery, with three times accreditation by NBA, New Delhi, Graded 'A+' by NACC Government of India, and International Academic Accreditation lSO 9001:2015 by TUV SUD. It boasts state of art IT center with 100 Mbps Wi-Fi Internet Facility. It has a huge library that accommodates 66,735 books,129 print journals, and 275 e-journals. It provides 100% placement assistance to its students through value-added courses, foreign languages (Japanese, German), and Training. The Hostel Complex has been built within the campus. Two independent blocks are provided for boys and girls students. All the hostels encompass beautiful gardens. Each hostel has a resident rector to monitor and maintain discipline. Hostel rooms are airy, clean, and well-furnished.

Amrutvahini College of Engineering ranked among the Top 100 colleges of India as per a survey of CSR and other national agencies and is situated on the NH-50 with mountain views, a clean, safe surrounding area, and vast open spaces all around its 50-acre campus. Its top-notch campus has well-planned green spaces and lanes. The residential complex is hailed as one world-class hostel facility with spacious and large rooms, an RO system is installed for students and housekeeping cleans the rooms every day.

Around 1700 students live here. A fully-residential campus, the hostels are named after the popular Forts of Maharashtra. There are two boys’ hostels and two girls’ hostels too. Four students can accommodate in one room, hostel management provides one bed, table, chair, and cub board to every student. Each hostel has its own dining mess, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served to students. Each AVCOE hostel has its own study room, TV room, Guest Room, garden, gymkhana, commercial complex, and an on-campus clinic with highly experienced doctors for boys and girls hostel separately. AVCOE has its own Ambulance for any medical emergency.

Central Library was started in 1983. The main objective of the central library is to provide seamless access to information to its users in a networked environment and to become a premier Learning Resource Centre in Engineering, Science & Technology, and related areas. The library is fully automated with Sack Info 2.5 ERP library management system (LMS) with barcode technology. The library has a rich collection of textbooks, reference books, and handbooks on Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, E & TC Engineering, Engineering Science, Electrical Engineering, and MBA The total number of books available in the library is 68057 volumes and 15155 titles as on 01/03/2023 and also library has subscribed 109 Print Journals,10 Magazine &270 E-Journals. The library has covering an area of 1222.00 square meters of main branch & 1368 square meters with sub-branches. It has well-designed and maintained stack rooms. The library database is centrally computerized for accession and renewals with smart cards for the students and bar codes for the books for easy, secure, and quick operation. Students can search the books through Web-OPAC.

The AVCOE has an extension counter of Sahakar Maharshi Shri Bhausaheb Thorat Sahakari Bank in its main building facilitating the financial transactions of the engineering students at the campus. The college also has the ATM of Union Bank for smooth monetary transactions.

Students of FE and BE are honed in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing, and Communication Skills in the Language Lab. The lab is equipped with ORELL – ODLL software on 25+1 computers with headphones and a webcam. In addition to these, the lab has lingua phones to boost language skills. The lab is also equipped with GOLS SOFTSKILLs LAB for unlimited users and GOLS LANGUAGE LAB for 50 users.

Placements

The cell has a good infrastructure for conducting activities like interviews, special lectures, workshops, group discussions, etc. The cell regularly conducts guiding lectures for the students on competitive exams, interview-facing techniques, personality development, etc. The cell promotes industry-institute interaction, organizes industrial training, and gets sponsored projects from the industry. The basic function of the cell is to interact with the Corporate World for campus placements of Pre-final and Final year students.
