Annai Mira College of Engineering and Technology (AMCET), Vellore is an Engineering College started in 2012 under the R.T. Educational Trust, Vellore. It is situated in a sprawling campus of 25 acres in the Chennai-Bengaluru National Highways where many of the Government Buildings, Commercial Buildings, and Hospitals are located. Currently the college, as an institution affiliated with Anna University, offers 5 undergraduate (B.E.) programs of study. All the above courses have the approval of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

The Central Library is built with an area of 866 sq. m 12 Seating capacity and specialized collections of Books, Journals & Non-book materials are available in Engineering and Technology Science, and Humanities. The Central Library is replete with 2,545 Volumes of 8,491 Titles of Books, and 1,97 CDS. 383 Back Volume. The Central Library Subscribes to 89 National and 73 International Journals and provides classroom teaching through NPTEL Facility.
