Ansar Women's College has built a strong academic reputation since its inception in 2002. It is a partner institution of the University of Calicut, known for its academic excellence and a reputation that spans literary and extracurricular fields. It is a minority-status, self-funded postgraduate college founded and operated by the Ansari Charitable Trust, Perumpilavu, ??and was founded in 1979. The core mission of this institution is to empower and enlighten women through values-based academic excellence ethics designed to be challenged and then shaped and guided by the next generation.  

College offers 12 UG courses and 5 PG courses. The college also offers competency-based supplemental courses that enable students to navigate the highly competitive job market with confidence. The institute addresses vulnerable groups by offering pre-employment coaching, competitions, and remedial courses for weak students.

Ansar Women’s College offers Undergraduate Programs Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature, Bachelor Of Commerce (B.Com.) Finance, Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication (BJMC), BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Physics, and Postgraduate Programs Master of Arts (MA) English, Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Science (M.Sc.) Computer Science.

Infrastructure and Facilities:

Ansar Women’s College has a large and well-maintained campus and offers a tranquil learning environment. The buildings are modern and equipped with the latest technology from Ansar Women’s College, which facilitates teaching and teacher development. The classrooms, units, and laboratories of the Ansar Women’s College are spacious, comfortable, and designed to ensure the highest quality of education. Library Facilities: 

The library has a valuable collection of books, magazines, CDs, and other audiovisual media. A separate area for blind students was created with the digital audiobook library. Access to electronic resources is provided by Information Network and Library Center (INFLIBNET) UGC, Ahmedabad. 

The library has a distribution service, a reprographic (xerographic) service, a printed matter reading room, a library office, an Internet corner, a technical service, a general reading room, a magazine service, a careers corner, a cloakroom, u bibliography section, a PG section.  

Counseling Center: 

Student Guidance is the guidance and support provided to enhance each student's social skills and initiative while respecting personal qualities and encouraging individuality.  On the other hand, counseling is professional help in coping with personal issues, including emotional, behavioral, occupational, marital, educational, rehabilitation, and life (e.g., retirement) issues.  Counseling and counseling are an integral part of maintaining the physical and mental health of the campus community, and Ansar Women's College places a strong emphasis on both.  They are essential for students to understand their abilities, interests, and personalities and have a better student life. The vision of the College Counseling and Counseling Center is to provide psychological support to students so they can identify their strengths and weaknesses and focus on their strengths in order to become positive members of society.  The cell takes care of the students through various activities and enables the students to overcome the obstacles of the academic year and thus move smoothly towards success.  The college has also reached out to our teachers and staff, parents, and the community. 

Scholarship: 

The college offers students the availability of various types of scholarships, free boats, and concessions. They are broad and fall into two types: government-sponsored colleges and college-sponsored universities. The scholarships offered by Collegio are paid to deserving students at the beginning of the first semester. College management and PTA ensure rapid distribution to beneficiaries. In addition to financial support from central and state governments, The college has also created scholarships for deserving students, economically backward students, and students who excel in extracurricular activities.
