Amartya Educational Society is established in 2001 with the aim of bringing quality engineering education closer to rural students. The society comprises of an inspiring team of academicians, industrialists, and NRI  entrepreneurs whose valuable knowledge and experience are the guiding factors. The society is running the Institution as a Not-For-Profit Institution. Twenty-first-century society is known as a knowledge and creative society. Library

Anurag Engineering College was established in the year 2001 and encourages every student to use the library that has been carefully built since the inception of the college. The Library uses the ground floor for the stacking area, the circulation section, and the first floor for the Digital library and Reference section. The Library has fully equipped automation facilities and it has 41909 volumes with 5814 titles of all disciplines. The PG Books Procured under TEQIP – II Program (1714 Volumes with 160 Titles). 

Laboratories

Engineering means practical education. We make students understand this and they become very keen on practicals. They are guided by expert faculty and supportive staff in the laboratories for practical learning.

The laboratories are carefully established. All labs are monitored by senior Professors of the concerned Department. Quality of the equipment; UPS for each lab and professional maintenance practices are three important factors that help in providing a hassle-free learning environment on campus.

Auditorium

Anurag has set up a world-class air-conditioned auditorium in Block – E, that accommodates about 350 participants with all required facilities including Public Address System, Digital Projector, Desktop Computer, Audio visual systems, etc

The college has sports facilities for all students. Playgrounds to play Cricket, Football, Throw-ball, Hockey, Badminton, Tennikoit, Kabbadi, Kho-Kho, Volleyball, and Basket Ball. Indoor Facilities to Play Table Tennis, Chess, Carroms.
