Apollo College of Nursing Chennai was established in the year 1997 with the main aim to promote nursing education institute provides a variety of UG, PG, and Doctoral courses in the field of Nursing. Clinical Facilities:

The Clinical experience of students is offered at Apollo Hospitals, Speciality Hospital, and First Med Hospital which comprises of over 1000 bed strength in all. A variety of patients are available for students to learn, both male and female, of all ages, at different stages of illness. The faculty are posted for guiding the students in all the areas at a ratio of 1: 10.

Hostel:

The hostel block built in international style stands as a distinctive structure in the whole of the campus and is a home away from home for female students. The hostel provides excellent living rooms, recreation facilities, sanitary facilities, and a good water supply for 24 hours.

Scholarship at Apollo College of Nursing

The reservation category students belonging to SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC community shall approach for scholarships provided by District Adi Dravida Tribal Welfare Department and District Backward Classes & Minority Welfare Department, Thiruvalloor. The necessary information to be furnished in the Application Form for the same shall be forwarded by the College to the above authorities on request. The same procedure shall apply to students seeking educational loans from Nationalized Banks.

Admission at Apollo College of Nursing

The Candidate ( Female ) should have passed +2 or equivalent qualifying examination with science subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (or) Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. Candidates (Females) who have passed any qualifying examination other than the higher secondary examination conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu, should produce an eligibility certificate from TamilNadu. Dr. M.G.R. Medical University before seeking admission.
