Dr. Stya Paul, Founder, and Chairman, of Apeejay Education Society, laid the foundation of this unique Institution way back in 1975 with a vision that only a philanthropist and social thinker could nourish. Looking before his times, he gave the town of Jalandhar an institution that was the first of its kind in Northern India, where education was imparted to the students laced with moral, social, and cultural values. He brought Fine Arts from the fringes to the fold, offering the youth various courses in Fine Arts. Today, the small sapling planted by him with a far-sighted vision has indeed come a long way. it's shown unprecedented and phenomenal growth over the years under the care and guidance of Mrs. Sushma Paul Berlin, esteemed Chairman, of the Apeejay Education Society.
