•The Training & Placement Cell is committed to providing all possible assistance to its graduates and post-graduates in their efforts to find employment. This commitment is demonstrated by the existence of a full-time Placement Team. The benefits of this assistance are reflected in the preparation of AIET students who can esteemed positions in corporate during recent years.

•The Training & placement service operates year-round to facilitate contact between companies and graduates. Staff are available to respond to students' queries and concerns of all kinds. This may include career counseling, advice and procedure help with the preparation of applications and resumes, and practice for interviews. The aim is to ensure that students have the information and skills necessary for an effective job search.

•Those considering careers in education or related fields are offered detailed career guidance at the Training & Placement Cell. All advice is based on up-to-date placement statistics and an envisioned view of future educational and industrial trends.

Career Guidance

•The T&P forms the backbone for the career growth of the students of AIET. The career counseling provided by the T&P helps the students to give direction to their aspirations and interests.

•Information regarding GMAT, GATE, CAT, and other entrance exams is made available to the students. Coaching for the preparation for these exams is provided and the students who qualify for the written exams are given mock interviews and intensive training sessions. They are also given counseling on the fields and colleges they can apply to by the ARYAN Alumni who have already proved their mettle.

•The students are advised on the various avenues they can explore based on their areas of interest - be it in the research field, software development, or core engineering fields. Recruitment to various research posts and the like are notified to interested students. Required coaching for the same is provided.

•To motivate students to take the plunge into entrepreneurship, training classes are organized. Budding entrepreneurs are given guidance to further their careers and start their own. In the present scenario, students have now taken flight with entrepreneur ventures. Companies have now started providing job opportunities to other students.

•Career counseling programs are undertaken by the placement coordinator to guide the students whenever required. Interactive sessions by the leaders in respective fields are conducted regularly. This keeps the students in touch with the latest developments in their field of choice, thereby bringing them attar with the best brains in the country.

Internship

An internship in an industry during the UG/PG programs is mandatory as stipulated by AICTE. Students in their final year in respective courses are required to go for a Six-month Industry Internship to enrich academic learning in their particular areas of study. This enables the students to apply/observe the application of theoretical classroom knowledge in practice at ground levels. Through this, the students get a rare opportunity for industry exposure and work on live projects. It heightens awareness of community issues, motivates students to create opportunities, embraces and experiment with ideas, and gigivesirection for positive changes for mutual benefits. It gives valuable input or making decisions regarding future studies or employment.
