Anand School of Architecture offers a distinguished Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program spanning 10 semesters, recognized as one of India's foremost and comprehensive architectural programs. Renowned for its focus on contemporary issues like sustainability and urban redevelopment, the program emphasizes continuous interaction with esteemed practicing architects. With many elective studies available, students benefit from a flexible, choice-based education tailored to their specific interests, encompassing urban design, landscape architecture, housing, project management, and city planning. Approved by the Council of Architecture (COA), New Delhi, and affiliated with Anna University, Chennai, the B.Arch program maintains rigorous standards in architectural education. As part of the Kalasalingam and Anandam Ammal Charities, known for over 25 years of successfully running professional institutions, the Anand School of Architecture sets a benchmark for excellence. Admission requires a minimum aggregate of 50% in 10+2 with English and Mathematics or a recognized 10+3 Diploma, along with a pass in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE - Part - II. While no separate entrance examination is conducted by the school, candidates must apply using the prescribed application form for admission to the B.Arch program.

Anand School of Architecture Scholarship

Scholarship opportunities at Anand School of Architecture are meticulously coordinated with various welfare boards and government departments to assist deserving students financially. Backward Class (BC) and Most Backward Class (MBC) students can apply in their first year and continue receiving support until their final year, adhering to eligibility criteria. SC/ST students are granted scholarships by the government, while minority community students benefit from schemes facilitated by the Minority Welfare Board. Additionally, wards of Beedi workers and those associated with the cine industry are eligible for scholarships through the Labour Welfare Board. Moreover, under the Human Resource Development Central Sector Scheme, students who achieve a remarkable score of above 955 out of 1200 in the 12th standard Tamil Nadu State Board Exam receive an annual scholarship of Rs. 10,000 until the completion of their course. These scholarships aim to alleviate financial burdens and empower students to confidently pursue their academic goals.
