The Central Computing Center (CCC) is a central facility at Assam Engineering College serving the needs of academic departments and various departments of the institute. The CCC is in a separate building. The center has one of the most envied facilities in the region in terms of IT infrastructure, internet services, and campus-wide networking. The center is well equipped with the most modern machines. Provides Internet access for CCC users, all faculties, libraries, faculty rooms, and administrative offices. Class Rooms: 

A four-year course that brings with it the theoretical knowledge of a selected technical segment; together with practical applications and rigorous study of them at appropriate intervals. The fully operational AEC Hospital is well-staffed with doctors and hospital staff. Every member of the institution is entitled to the basic healthcare services of the hospital. Laboratories: 

And that's what our department believes in, real-time knowledge from practical experience! Therefore, the AEC labs have been given special treatment by the creators so that they can have larger rooms and more important equipment. All technical departments have their own custom laboratories and equipment that are inspected and retested every year. In addition, the natural sciences and humanities departments have their laboratories to improve the performance of the students. 

Assam Engineering College Admission Process

Assam Engineering College Admission To secure admission in undergraduate (UG) courses, students are required to clear the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) conducted annually by ASTU (Assam Science Technical University). Additionally, for lateral admission, students need to complete the Assam Joint Lateral Entrance Examination (JLEE) application process.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as their subjects. Candidates must obtain a rank in the CEE examination.

Application Process:

Candidates can apply online, with the Government of Assam announcing examination advertisements in newspapers annually. Applicants applying under reserved quotas must submit relevant certificates. Candidates who are children of central government employees need to provide permanent resident certificates from the state of origin of their parents, based on their last school or college attended. Children of ex-defense personnel must provide authenticated certificates during admission. Applicants are required to complete an online application form and submit it along with supporting documents.
