To be eligible for B.Tech candidates, they must be able to pass the 10+2 exam with PCM as a subject and a minimum of 60 percent marks.

It also provides B.Tech Lateral entry courses where the student must be able to pass the Diploma of Engineering.

The majority of B.Tech seats admission is granted based on JEE Main score. However, for all the other places, the admissions are made by way of UG entrance test administered in the course by the department.

In order to be eligible for UG courses, candidates must pass the 10+2 test in the relevant field from a an accredited university.

To be admitted to UG or PG courses admissions are made through an interviews and entrance tests that is conducted at the discretion of the institution.

To be eligible for M.Tech candidates, they must be able to pass in B.Tech with a relevant field from a an accredited university.

For M.Tech candidates, a an acceptable CUCET/GATE score is eligible as a candidate for admission.

To be eligible for MBA applicants, candidates must have passed in any bachelor's degree program with at least 60% marks from a recognized universities.

Candidates without the CAT score card must take the Written Skill Assessment Test (WSAT) which is conducted by the Management Department.

Candidates for research-based courses like Ph.D and M.Phil must have completed postgraduate studies in the relevant field , with at minimum 55 percentage marks.
