The library is well endowed with a vast collection of over 500 titles related to management and personality fields giving students the most versatile learning resources. The library is stacked with national and international journals, periodicals, and magazines giving students access to a treasure of knowledge and learning.

A 24-hour ATM is situated on campus. ATM functions at the entrance of the college that not only cater to the needs of the students and staff but also the general public that reside in the adjoining areas. Students who are staying in College Hostels can effectively use ATM services 24×7 to do all sorts of banking transactions.

Our college has a medical facility with a person in charge. Our college has all the required first-aid medicines to aid the needy. Our college also has an ambulance service that can be availed in case of emergency. Students Health Care Centre is located on the campus within easy reach of all the students. A full-time trained nurse will be available to take care of the students. All types of generic medicines will be available for needy students as one may need them at any time. Consultation and Medicines are all free of cost.

Canteens and cafeterias are one of important parts of student life where you can find most of the students chatting and gossiping about different topics. It plays a vital role in removing tensions and refreshing students. The college canteen is fairly new and provides enough delicious food at affordable rates. BIMS has the facility of spacious, clean, and hygienic canteens and cafeterias that cater to the taste of all students. The canteen can conveniently accommodate 150 students at a time in which a variety of dishes are available at most nominal rates. The canteen remains open on all working days. It provides all types of nutritious and hygienic eatables and beverages to cater to students, staff, and visitors.

To undergo events like seminars, conferences, Department cultural programs, debates, skits, and pre-placement talks Balaji Institute of Management Sciences has a Seminar Hall which facilitates the students to carry out their activities in the right environment, smoothly and with ease. The Hall is fully equipped with the latest Audio-Visual Electronic Devices to accommodate students for various activities.

The college has a fleet of several buses with barred windows for the safe conveyance of its day scholars to and from Warangal, Narsampet, and surrounding areas.
