Baselios Poulose II, Catholicos of the East. According to the government, it was awarded on behalf of Baselios Poulose II. Letter No. 17365/B2/95 HE of 11/21/1995 and the Sanctions Ordinance were issued by Mahatma Gandhi University pursuant to U.O.No. ACA1/Affn/2084/95 of 28 November 1995. The realization of the Church's long-cherished dream of establishing a university in Piravom was largely due to Shri's unwavering enthusiasm and support. The software facilitates book processing, returns, repackaging, and book searches (computer catalog). All employees and students receive ID cards with barcodes. The INFLIBNET-NLIST subscription gives you easy access to 80,000 e-books and 3,000 e-journals. Also, a gate register and web OPAC (online catalog) have been installed in the library to provide up-to-date services. Donation of numerous volumes by Prof. KC Peter and Chev: KUChacko, Kizhakkekkara is highly regarded. 

College Bus: 

A college bus was made available to meet staff and student travel needs. We currently have five bus routes. They operate between Kothamangalam, Ernakulam, Kolenchery, Vaikom, and Thiruvankulam. These services are provided on a non-profit basis and without losses, which means significant tuition reductions for the student community. 

Canteen: 

The college is expanding its student and staff cafeteria. Serves snacks, drinks, meals, etc. These items are distributed to staff and students at a discounted rate. The proper functioning of the canteen is monitored by a committee appointed by the director. 

Hostels: 

The college offers accommodation for female students. This facility is used by students from different parts of the country. The general administration of the dormitory is coordinated by the Reverend Sisters. The home committee takes care of the mess in the home and works on a sharing system. The day-to-day operations of the home are monitored by the home advisory board, which is chaired by the managing director. The manager is the head of the hostel.
