Bharathidasan University Training & Placement

• Firms are invited to participate in the college's interview process by Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. The companies have received an email invitation. After that, the students who expressed interest were notified of their placement.

• The university will choose a slot for the company to interview after receiving confirmation from the company. Thus, students can show up for the interview in the appropriate manner and the institution will be able to provide the specific slot to a company.

• Following this, prospective students will sign up for the company's interview procedure. The university will benefit from the registration because it will let them know how many applicants will be present for the interview.

Candidates are guided about the companies and assisted with the mock interviews during the shortlisting process. • Candidates are chosen for the company interview based on the results of the final mock interview.

• Shortlisted candidates will participate in the company's recruitment process after being screened by the recruiting organization. There are two rounds to the interview: one is written, and those who pass will move on to the group discussion phase. Final Offer will be given. After getting selected in the above-mentioned process the Bharathidasan University candidates will be offered jobs.
