•The institute conducts regular group discussions on current topics. Industry persons and recruiters guide students in quality deliberations. They are recorded and feedback is provided to the students to improvise further. Regular debates and public speaking sessions are also organized for the benefit of students. To stimulate actual Interview scenarios, the institute organizes mock interviews with experienced Industry executives. This helps the students to gain confidence and perform well in Interviews during the Placement.

•BCCM offers a Summer Internship Program (SIP) which forms an important component of education at BCCM. It is an attempt to bridge the gap in the student’s perception between theory in books and practice in the corporate world. As a part of the SIP, students undertake an 8-week internship at any organization/company after the completion of the 3rd trimester.

•Every student will be assigned a Faculty Guide at the beginning of the SIP. The role of the Faculty Guide is to enable the student to undertake a meaningful project, provide the necessary academic guidance, and facilitate evaluation, with the aid of the company executives. The faculty guide would be involved at all stages of the SIP, beginning from the definition of the work content to project completion.
