The Training and Placement cell at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Pharmacy (BVCP), Kolhapur, organizes annual placement drives on campus. BVCP's Placement Cell boasts an impressive placement record, with a majority of its students securing positions in leading national and international pharmaceutical companies.  The key responsibilities of the BVCP Kolhapur placement cell include inviting companies for recruitment drives, conducting personality development workshops, offering training to students in aptitude tests, interview techniques, and group discussions, arranging industrial visits, and facilitating in-plant training at various industries and hospitals. 

Final-year students actively participate in placement-related activities organized by the Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Pharmacy Placement Cell. Several renowned companies participate in the college's placement drive, including TCS Ltd, Unichem, Cipla, Glenmark, Sun Pharma, Dr. Reddy Lab, FDC Ltd, Unichem Lab, and Cadillac Ltd, among others.
