Hostel

The college campus has both girl's and boys' hostels. Both hostels have a limited number of places which are allocated solely on the basis of merit. There are 80 places in the girls' hostel and 40 places in the boys' hostel. All students seeking hostel admission must apply online with the required documents. Both the hostels have a management committee consisting of property managers, caretakers, and lecturers, and the head is the manager. These committees handle admissions, remittances, dropout issues, and disciplinary actions in case of violation of rules and regulations. The girls' hostel offers accommodation in the house for four female teachers, who are entrusted with the task of housekeepers and guards to look after those who cross the hostel. For the safety and security of the hostel, the hostel is covered by CCTV 24/7. 24/7 electricity with inverter and generator for backup, running water and clean drinking water, free computer training facility after 4:00 pm., etc. are some of the main services provided to the hostel members. Both hostels have a mess committee that takes care of the mess. The university administration regularly inspects hostels for health, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Central Library

Bikal College Central Library was established in the initial phase of the college in 1982 and is located in the main academic building of the college. The library currently has an impressive collection of over 25,000 books, including text and reference works. In addition to these, the library also has a rare collection of manuscripts, old journals, newspapers, magazines, etc. The university library is partially automated and uses SOUL software for computerization and automation. It has its own website and is accessible to everyone. New books are added to the library during each academic year. The central library with its open shelving system, extensive reading room, and reference book creates an atmosphere conducive to studying. DIGITAL LIBRARY

The university recently upgraded the digital library and moved it to a new room next to the central library. Ten computers with free internet connection are given to users completely free of charge.

Computer center

The college has a well-equipped computer center for students and staff. Work on the computer center with capacity for sixty computers is underway and will be open to students from the 2021-20 academic year. The computer center is open to all students after 4 pm to learn the basics, apart from the general computer and information science course. Digital classes

The college has two fully air-conditioned digital classrooms built with the support of RUSA. These two classrooms are regularly used for presentations of student assignments and projects or for special discussions and lectures.

Outdoor and indoor stadium

The college has both indoor and outdoor stadiums built with grants from UGC and Rabha Hasong Autonomous Council.

Gymnasium hall

The college has a gym inside the indoor stadium with all modern equipment. The student must register to use the exercise equipment and exercise under the supervision of a trainer after or before gym class.
