A seminar is a carnival of educated and learned people, whether organized in a university or some commercial or official organization. BIET(P) brings together renowned speakers from industry and academia for frequent meetings, focusing on a specific topic each time, and imparting necessary and important information to students and faculty to meet national and international standards of education. In addition, student seminars are also regularly organized by the department. Recently, in December 2013, the Department of Mechanical Engineering organized a seminar on Automatic CAD and CAM for 3rd-year mechanical engineering students.
