Hostel: Separate hostels are provided for girls and boys inside the campus and outside the campus. Students are provided with adequate facilities to make them feel at home. Transportation: The college owns its transportation system and is not dependent on transportation from third parties. There are a variety of vehicles on the road, the college has nine buses to transport staff and students that require regular commuting, as well as several four-wheelers.

The admission process for BITS Pilani is conducted through the BITS Admission Test (BITSAT), which is a computer-based test conducted online.
