The Bishop Cotton Women's Christian Law College is the only college in Bengaluru that provides legal education exclusively to women. To further instill the values of women's cause in the minds of girls and to empower them, this exclusive legal training institute was inaugurated on July 14, 2002.

Bishop Cotton Women's Christian Law College is recognized by the Government of Karnataka, affiliated with Bangalore University till 200809 and since 200910 affiliated with Karnataka State Law University and approved by Bar Council of India.

Facilities and Infrastructure 

Residential Accommodation:

Residence accommodation is available at Trinity Women's Hostel. Admission to the Hostel will be on the basis of first come first served, to the students admitted to the college. Every effort is made at the Inn to provide home comforts. The safety and comfort of the students are the main aims of the college. The college offers a bus service from the hostel to the college and back to the hostel from the college.

Library: 

Books related to the course syllabus, Biographies, and Autobiography, Fiction for further reading, Journals of various kinds, weekly and daily clinical cases take place on the shelves of the Library. The students are motivated to cultivate reading habits. The use of the library for two hours per week is compulsory for students. An elaborate reading is believed to make them "all-around lawyers".The library is a plus. Internet service is also available.

Canteen: 

The campus has a large canteen and Its offers delicious meals and snacks prepared in a hygienic atmosphere. 

Computer Lab:

The campus has Approximately 20 computers are available. Those taking the Corporate Law degree will use computers.

Sports Facilities :

Annual Sports Day is held in November or January. Internal and external games are available. Students from all four Houses take part. Winners and runners-up of various games and sporting events are rewarded. Individual championships and House championships are also awarded. The rolling shield is awarded to the best Marching House.

Moot Court Hall :

There is a classically designed, well-furnished, and spacious Moot Court Hall. The pleading competitions are organized during the 5 years of BBA. LL.B Students as well as for the 3rd year LL. B. students.

Placements :

Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian Law College final year students and those graduating from this college will have the benefit of a special placement orientation unit, set up by the College to ensure that potential students are placed according to their choice. The College is also keen on providing a tailor-made program for each student according to her talents and intelligence. Placement Cell also provides the scope to the student to do internships with Law firms and Advocates.
