Admissions of BJS Rampuria Jain Law College

B.J.S. Rampuria Jain College, Bikaner follows the admission guidelines, schedule, and criteria as notified by the Higher Education Department, Government of Rajasthan, and other Statutory Bodies, as applicable along with the guidelines as issued by the Affiliating University.

All Interested candidates meeting the admission criteria must contact the Admission Authority with relevant documents for verification and processing of admission. All applications for admission to any UG or PG degree course should be submitted by the date notified by the College. Late applications may not be accepted.

All admissions made will be purely provisional in nature and subject to approval and enrolment from the Affiliating University.

Benefits of reservation for candidates from reserve categories (SCs/STs/OBCs/PwD/Kashmiri Migrants and others) will be available only after the production of the original copy of relevant certificates which should be available in the name of candidates at the time of admission. The benefit of reservation in the OBCs category is available to only candidates of those castes which are mentioned in the State-wise list of the Government of India. Certificate of OBCs must contain the status of a Non-creamy layer and should be the latest as per the governing laws of the Government of India.

No student will be allowed to take admitted to two Courses/Colleges simultaneously. In case, they are found to be admitted in two Courses/Colleges simultaneously, the admission in all Courses/Colleges will be canceled.

All the original certificates of the candidates seeking admission to the College need to be submitted in original with the College which will be returned after due expert and legal verification.

Admissions will be considered to be complete only when the full fees for the academic year are paid (against an official receipt) and the name of the applicant appears on the relevant rolls. Only the Principal can condone payment in full or allow payment in part.

All UG and PG admissions are valid only for one year/semester and are therefore to be renewed for each subsequent year/semester of study.
