The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) is an autonomous scientific society in India. Centre for Development of Advanced Computing was Established in 1994. This organization is under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. Its goal is to advance scientific knowledge and technologies for computer science. Facilities and Infrastructure of CDAC, Noida

The C-DAC has made significant advancements in the area of high-performance computing, with its systems capable of exaflop and petaflop performance. The PARAM Yuva-II has been recognized internationally for its performance and power efficiency, and its cloud computing system is undergoing R&D in cloud computing. The C-DAC's cloud computing service provides a broad range of cloud-based services. Multi-institutional consortia projects and in-house research projects strengthen language technology solutions.

Hostel:

C-DAC, Noida has its own hostel inside the campus at B-30, Sector 62, Noida. There are two separate but interconnected wings for boys and girls, each with 50 spacious double rooms to share rooms with an air-conditioned dining room and other modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for students. Each resident shall be provided with one table, chair, cot with mattress, one almirah/shelf, and serviceable electrical light fitting/fixtures. When allocating rooms, the resident is required to sign the inventory list and the attached declaration. Students will be given permission to leave the hostel for a night out by the warden provided his/her application has been forwarded by HOD after proper verification from parents/already declared local guardian(s).

Library:

The CDAC Noida Library of the Institute plays a significant & vital role to serve the faculties, research fellows, students & staff. The library is well equipped with modern facilities and resources in the CD-ROMS, Online databases, books, Binding volumes, project reports, etc. in the field of information technology, electronics, management, and related subjects. The Library is on the third floor and spread across 580.65 Sqm. This floor can accommodate over 50,000 books with a library capacity of 200 users.

The library has a separate stack for textbooks, periodicals (current and bound volumes), CD/DVD, Reference sections, Book Bank Section, and a separate enclosure with a cubical for research fellows and faculty members. The library facilitates access to a number of e-resources of IEEE, ACM, and E-books through its participation in the MCIT consortium. The library is rapidly expanding its collection of books, reference works, periodicals, and electronic resources. The library subscribes to many periodicals, newspapers, and magazines. The library is also developing a fine collection of Hindi books on Literature and the English language.

Auditorium Facilities:

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing has an auditorium facility for events and seminars with 500+ seating auditorium capacity.

Labs Facilities:

Labs are equipped with 120 PCs with LAN and integrated 100MBPS bandwidth. VLSI labs are facilitated with Cadence EDA tools and Embedded System labs have MATLAB, PIC kits, Keil compiler, Micro C, Visual DSP++, Ubuntu, 3.5, MP Lab compiler, and RedHat.

Medical Facilities:

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. The University has a well-equipped dispensary with 24 x 7 doctors with an ambulance service.

Sports Facilities:
