To address the escalating needs of the Plastics and related industries nationwide, CIPET has curated a suite of training programs. This comprehensive approach has positioned us as a nationally recognized institution offering a blend of Skill Development Training Programs (SDTP) and Skill Upgradation Programs (SUP).
CIPET, Chennai Skill Development Training Programs (SDTP)
CIPET's 37 Skill Development Training Programs are meticulously crafted by the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF). These programs are sanctioned by the National Skills Qualifications Committee (NSQC) under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India. They are accessible through the National Qualification Register maintained by the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET).
Recognized as both an Awarding Body (AB) and Assessment Agency (AA) by NCVET and MSDE, CIPET conducts NSQF-aligned Skill Development Training Programs across its centers. These programs cater especially to underprivileged and unemployed youth, providing them with opportunities for gainful employment. They also furnish the Petrochemical & Plastics/Polymer industries with skilled personnel, aligning with their specific needs and furthering the nation's economic growth.
Supported by various Ministries, State Skill Development Missions, Government Departments, PSUs, and Private Organizations, CIPET consistently offers these Short-Term Skill Development Programs nationwide.
