The College turned into set up in July 2007 with the awesome efforts of Smt. Kiran Choudhary the then Minister of Forest, Environment, Tourism and Cultural Affairs for the upliftment and empowerment of women college students belonging to Tosham and adjacent rural areas.  The college turned into named after the previous Chief Minister of Haryana and the previous railway minister Govt. of India overdue Sh. Ch. Bansilal. The primary goal of this faculty is for the general improvement on all sides of life. Honorable Chief Minister Sh. Bhupender Singh Hooda took the initiative to begin this faculty.
