Candidates must have passed the Intermediate (10 + 2) examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, or an equivalent examination recognized by the authorities. They should have studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects.
• 70% of the seats are filled based on merit in the Engineering and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
• 30% of the seats are reserved for Management or NRI candidates.
• Additionally, Diploma holders can be admitted directly into the second year of the B.Tech program, constituting 20% of the intake, based on their performance in the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh under the lateral entry scheme.
