Combined (P.G.) Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (CIMSR) campus is spread over an area of 15,000 sq. meters, which includes the administrative block, library, cafeteria, lecturer theatres, and laboratories of different departments, on the national highway at Haridwar Road, Dehradun approx 10 Kms. from Clock Tower. The campus includes separate boys' and girls' hostels & huge playground. The CIMSR is attached to CMI, a well-equipped multi-specialty indoor hospital on the main Haridwar Road near the railway station. CIMSR is committed to the highest grade of equality education, imparting practical-based training programs in various degree courses. This is the first institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi to provide B.Sc. & M.Sc. Nursing in the Uttarakhand State.

He/She has to secure a minimum of 75% average marks
He/She has to clear all fees due to the Institute and hostel
He/She has to attend min 80% of all classes.
He/She has not been charged and penalized by Discipline Action Committee during his/her study period.

Admission

In accordance with guidelines/principals laid down in the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in T.M.A. Pai Foundation and other Vs State of Karnataka (Writ petition No. 517 of 1995) delivered on 31st October 2002, the admission of the candidate to a course is made on the merits prepared on the basis of entrance examination on All India basis and the subsequent interview held by the institute. 25% seats in all courses are reserved for NRI/sponsored candidates, for which there shall be direct admission on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and interview. The candidates should bring mark sheets and certificates in original along with the photocopies at the time of the interview.
