Central Library: The Central Library, the college's most important source of knowledge, houses an extensive collection consisting of 35603+ volumes of 4475+ titles as well as more than 148 National & International Journals, six newspapers, and 10 magazines to satisfy the requirements in the Engineering and Management streams. Library books are accessible by using the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) which is fully automated with a Bar-Code Mechanism. Auditorium: CMR Technical Campus set up a state-of-the-art auditorium with a capacity of 1200 seat capacity in the year 2015 and was inaugurated by the Secretary of State, Labour and Employment, Govt. of India Shri Bandaru Dattatreya in the presence of Shri Ch. Malla Reddy, Member of Parliament (Malkajgiri Constituency), Shri B. Sudheer Reddy, MLA (Medchal) and Shri C. Gopal Reddy, Chairman (CMRTES). This centrally air-conditioned venue is equipped with energy-efficient lighting and a beautiful design. It also has Digital Audio, Video and visual systems. It is utilized for hosting International/ National Events, training and placement activities Awards functions, motivational talks, cultural activities and many more.

Indoor Game: CMR Technical Campus facilitates the sporting community with a top-of-the-line Indoor Sports Complex. This facility is spread across an area of 21490 sqft. with a variety of sports alternatives. The primary goal is to match that of the National Programme for Development of Sports, "KHELO INDIA" which focuses on how important fitness and sports are in our lives. Sports play fosters team spirit and helps develop the ability to think strategically, develop analytical thinking and leadership abilities as well as goal setting and risk-taking.

The Indoor Sports complex houses international Standard Badminton Courts, Snookers and GYM. Other activities comprise Table Tennis, Carroms, Chess and Yoga Center. This complex is the centre of numerous student club activities. A boarding facility for participants from outstations is provided.

Computer Center: It is the primary computing facility available to all faculty members as well as students at the institute, aside from the normal computer labs.
