The initiatives of the Tribal Development Department, the decision was taken to establish Government Agriculture College in Scheduled tribes populated districts (i.e. Nandurbar & Gadchiroli) under Tribal Sub Plan Scheme. Nandurbar districts come under the jurisdiction of Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri. As per the Government of Maharashtra Resolution dated 19th June 2013 and MPKV University Resolution dated 06/08/2013 Government College of Agriculture, Nandurbar started w.e.f. August 01, 2013.

Tribal Development Department initiatives decided to set up the Government Colleges of Agriculture in the districts inhabited by the planned tribes (i.e. Nandurbar and Gadchiroli) as part of the tribal sub-plan. Nandurbar districts are under the jurisdiction of Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri. According to the Maharashtra Government Resolution of June 19, 2013, and the MPKV University Resolution of June 8, 2013, the Government College of Agriculture was established in Nandurbar. e.g. August 1, 2013.

Language Lab:
Most students (80%) come from tribal areas. Basically, these students are very bad at English. Master and master the language for college students.
