College of Community Science, formerly known as the College of Home Science, was established in 1981 under the Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology.

The college offers Graduate and Postgraduate degree programs. The B.Sc.(Hons.) Community Science, M.Sc.(Home Science).
Admissions are carried out strictly as per the norms of the University, wherein performance in the OUAT entrance examination.
