Columbia Institute of Engineering and Technology, Raipur Chhattisgarh was established in the year 2003 as Private Educational Institute to provide higher education to build a career in the field of Engineering and Management. Boys Hostel:

The college has two boys' hostels with a capacity of 120 students in each hostel. The students taking admission in 1st year are encouraged to reside in the hostel so that they are safe from ragging. Each student is provided with an almirah, cot, and table chair as well as English-Hindi newspapers. There are T.V. sports(both indoor and outdoor games) for their entertainment. There is an in-house gym for those who want to keep themselves fit & healthy and 24 hrs Telephone and Internet facility. They are given three times meals per day special diet on weekends. There are 24 hrs facilities for the security guard.

Girls Hostel:

The college girls' hostel is suited in the city at 3km from the college campus. The girl's hostel has a capacity of 120 students. Each student is provided with an almirah, cot, and table chair as well as English-Hindi newspapers. The students are taken care of by providing daily three meals, T.V. for their entertainment, and an in-house gym to keep them healthy. Sweet dishes and special diets are provided on Saturdays & Sundays. The hostel timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The students are also provided with 24 hrs. Telephone Internet facility. There is a movement register for the inmates which is strictly followed. The hostel is guarded by 24 hrs security guards.

Library:

The college has a library facility for all students.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college also provides 24 hours of Wi-Fi connectivity to facilitate students to get connected wirelessly. The college canteen is also available on Campus. Light Snacks, tea, coffee, soup, cool drinks, milk, toffees, stationery, and other general items like soaps, and cosmetics, are available in the Canteen. Apart from this, almost all the items of day-to-day needs are available in the canteen. In case of non-availability of an item, the order can be placed and the same is delivered to the doorstep.
