Chadalawada Ramanamma Engineering College, Tirupati Training & Placement Cell-CREC (A) is providing training and placement services to the students of UG and PG programs of the Institute.  The T&P Cell prospects opportunities in the areas of the domain of study of students and trains them to meet the recruitment challenges. In this process, the Cell recognizes the strengths and interests of the students and draws plans to make the student's industry fit by giving suitable training to enable them to cross the hurdles in the recruitment rounds.

Chadalawada Ramanamma Engineering College, Tirupati Training & Placement is constituted by a training and placement officer who is selected based on his profile of rich experience.  He is supported by faculty members from the Institute as coordinators drawn from all departments. They provide necessary guidance and information to the students well in advance and prepare them for the placement drives.  The Training & Placement Cell-CREC (A) team keeps up-to-date information on employment trends and how the students are to be prepared.

Objectives Chadalawada Ramanamma Engineering College, Tirupati

1. To provide services in the areas of Campus Interviews, Job Placements, Internships, and training programs for the students that enable them to develop applicable skills in the competitive job market of IT and Core sectors

2. To organize Workshops and Seminars on Personality Development, Interpersonal relationships, Communication Skills, Interview Skills, and Presentation Skills to enable the development of individuals.

3. To conduct programs to create awareness about the importance of higher studies in India and Abroad.

4. To organize diagnostic tests for competitive exams such as GATE, CAT, CMAT, GRE, and GMAT and counsel them for higher studies.

5. To properly utilize the CREC(A) Alumni network of students who have gone overseas for higher study to motivate and guide our students regularly.
