The Placement Cell at Daulat Ram College, Vriddhi, operates under the motto "Maximizing stellar growth" and comprises an enthusiastic team of students and faculty committed to offering exceptional career prospects to deserving students.  Vriddhi, symbolizing growth and progress, dedicates itself year-round to ensure student's overall development and future career guidance. This cell actively facilitates both on-campus and off-campus opportunities, fostering recruitment and internship drives.

Comprising eight core members, supported by sixteen Heads and eleven Senior Executives, the Placement Cell encourages first-year students to engage by offering positions such as Joint Secretary and Junior Executives. 

'Incrementum,' the Annual Career and Internship Fair organized by the Placement Cell, serves as a platform for students. The cell conducts various seminars, webinars, and workshops addressing subjects like CV Building, Placement Training, Financial Awareness, Career Building post-graduation, and Opportunities Abroad.  These initiatives aim to enrich students' practical understanding of the corporate landscape.
