DAV College, Bathinda Placement and Career Counseling Cell The objective of the Placement and Career Counseling Cell of DAV College Bathinda is to identify the potential of students, provide them training according to their strengths and weaknesses, and groom them for competitively good companies. The Placement and Career Counseling Cell also formulates and organizes activities, foundation courses, workshops, seminars, extension lectures, and hands-on training sessions, to equip the students with the requisites of a globally challenging employment market, thereby preparing them for meeting the expectations of the prospective employer during the rigorous placement process.
