Dayanand College of Law, Latur Maharashtra was established in the year 1971 as Private Educational Institute to provide higher education to build a career in the field of Management, Law, and Degree. Infrastructure and Facilities

The college has the facility of a library, hostel, canteen, and auditorium. It also provides facilities for sports to promote physical and extracurricular activities among students. It also provides a mock courtroom for the students to practice the court session practically. 

Hostel

The Women Hostel of Dayanand College of Law is infra-structurally developed and fully facilitated to cater to the needs of girls students and parents at the Hostel. The services and facilities create an ambiance and atmosphere of a ‘home’ away from home. Security of the girls and a homely atmosphere are its prime objectives. 1. To provide convenient accommodation with all facilities 2. To develop socially harmonious relations among the students through co-residence 3. To develop all desired qualities in the students through formal and informal programs and counseling with them 4. To provide a comfortable and homely atmosphere and prepare the girls to face life's struggles.

Library

The library is the core center for the intellectual upgrading of the students and staff of the institution. The College has been keenly interested and devoted to developing its library. The Library of the College is situated on the ground floor of the building for easy access. It is spacious with a total of 3051 sq ft of area. It is well-lit and nicely ventilated providing a comfortable atmosphere. The Library is well-stacked and systematically organized. It is the heart of our institution and plays a crucial role in all academic and co-curricular activities. It is dedicated to providing expert services to the student community with legal research guides and looks forward to assisting students and researchers with their legal research.

Sports

From the beginning, the college has been taking an effort to provide sports facilities to the students. The college is making use of the playground in front of it for sports activities. At present, the college is having facilities for Cricket, Volleyball, and like games apart from indoor games like Chess, Table Tennis, etc. Notably, during the past years, many of the students of this college were selected to represent Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded in various events of games and sports and other extracurricular activities.

I.T Infrastructure

To cater to the changing demands of academia, the Institution had taken a keen interest to provide IT-based aid to the students and to the faculty which resulted in unprecedented expectations. Computers with high-speed internet connectivity are provided in the Computer Lab for the students, in the Research Center for the faculty and the scholars, and the office. Senior faculty are provided with laptops for off the campus utility besides pen drives of 32 Gb capacity to all the faculty including office staff. Smartboards are provided in classrooms for the advanced and enhanced quality of teaching.LCD projectors are also extensively used during class teaching. Seminars and workshops are conducted to train the faculty and the students in using IT-based teaching aids.

Alumni Associations

The informal Alumni Association of the College has been contributing to the advancement and growth of their Alma Mater at various levels. The enthusiastic wards who entered the portals of the College have forged an indelible factual connection with their Alma Mater and inextricable connections of the Alumni with the Alma Mater cannot be severed by time or distance. Moot Court

The Moot Court Club offers theoretical, clinical, and practical training to the students in techniques of lawyering. The students are provided a firsthand experience of the profession through pre-trial procedures, attending the trial, interviewing, counseling, moots, legal aid, paralegal services, and soon.

Auditorium

The auditorium can accommodate about 500 audiences at a time. It has the facility of a sound reinforcement system and a video conferencing facility. Projection facilities for films, slides, large-screen videos, and multimedia presentations are also available in the hall.

Scholarships

The College also provides different scholarships, freeships, and Merit Scholarships to support economically backward students and to promote and encourage merit students.
