This trust is an undertaking of Vincentian Fathers who are committed to the integral development of people. This congregation endeavors to achieve its mission of educational and economic development of the society by establishing and running schools, colleges, professional training institutions and technical training institutions in various parts of the country along with the Vincentian Houses.

The objective of De Paul Education Trust is to render educational services to all, irrespective of class, caste, creed, and community. Four of the institutions under the trust in the neighboring locality are De Paul computer academy (DCA), De Paul Institute of Science and Technology (DIST), Divine Institute of Media Science (DiMS), Goodness Institute of Film and Television (GIFT - Cochin), besides De Paul Institute of Management Development, Kochi (De Paul IMD). De Paul IMD was started in 2004 under the De Paul Education Trust.
De Paul Institute of Management Development, Kochi All the courses are affiliated with the Bharathiar University and Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
De Paul Institute of Management Development, Kochi is offered UG courses at various levels Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Advanced Diploma in Chef OR Culinary Arts, and Diploma in Hotel Management. Computer Labs
The De Paul Institute of Management Development Computer lab is fully air-conditioned with the latest configuration PCs and is accessible to students on a 24/7 basis. Wired and Wireless internet connection with speeds of up to 4Mbps is available to students. The lab also acts as the control point which manages wireless connectivity of the whole campus.
Hotel Management Production Lab - Kitchen
De Paul Institute of Management Development Facility provided for Hotel Management class is world-class; It is equipped with 32 burners, Centralized Gas, Cafeteria, Bar Counter, Micro Oven, Refrigerator, Cutleries, and other Kitchen equipment.

Application forms can also be downloaded from the website and filled-up applications can be submitted along with the prescribed fee to the De Paul IMD Cochin campus in person or through post.
