DELHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT is one of the most renowned colleges in Delhi NCR offering professional education in technology and management. Residential Accommodations:

The institution has a hostel with 24-hour armed security in the campus. It has separate wings for boys and girls and air-cooled rooms that are spacious, airy, well-lit, and fully furnished. All basic amenities are provided, including a 24-hour electricity supply, clean drinking water, comprehensive medical care, and indoor and outdoor recreational facilities.

Library:

DITM has a fairly large library which provides a pleasant and refreshing atmosphere. It is clean, bright, and well-furnished with plenty of reading and comfortable seating. Friendly, cordial, and professionally trained staff are ready to help the user use the available resources. A layout plan is provided to show the placement of books and other resources in different sections. The library offers a computerized catalog search service through the OPAC. Advanced library software is used to communicate subject information, and reserve and return books and other materials. The library has approximately 38,000 books in stock. In addition to course-based books, the reference book has a number of prestigious titles. The shelves are also adorned with several general interest books, many manuals, and various yearbooks. More volumes are added from time to time. We subscribe to more than a hundred magazines, including almost all the famous science, technology, and management magazines. Non-print study material in the form of CDs and online access to various national and international journals are also available. To keep students and teachers up to date with the latest issues, the library has general interest and current magazines in addition to many national and regional newspapers. From time to time a list of new additions appears in the form of books, magazines, journals, etc.

Bank & ATM:

An extension counter of Punjab National Bank will soon be opened on the campus. The ATM of the same bank is already working.

Medical Facilities:

We have a well-equipped hospital with qualified staff to provide primary health care to students and staff. A paramedic is available 24 hours a day, and a doctor is available in case of an emergency. The doctor usually visits the university twice a week. Trained counselors also help students overcome psychological problems such as homesickness and learning difficulties

Sports Facilities:

Besides scientists, there is also an emphasis on sports. We understand that sports play an important role in a person's life. Apart from keeping us healthy and fit, they entertain youngsters and help keep them away from mental stress. They also promote team spirit and qualities of leadership, belonging, and sharing. We have a well-equipped gymnasium/gym in the college. Extensive options are available for all major indoor and outdoor games.

Cafe/Mess Facility:

The Mess with its elegant design completes the campus of the hostel. It is equipped with modern and hygienic catering facilities. Apart from providing healthy and nutritious meals, it also caters to the nutritional needs of day students. The campus cafeteria offers a wide range of hygienically prepared snacks, tea, coffee, and soft drinks at reasonable prices.

Admission

Admission to various programs is strictly based on the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Students are called according to their All India Rank obtained in their respective JEE (Mains). The selection procedure takes place centrally in two stages under the supervision organized by the university.

Placements

Campus recruitment for final-year students starts in December every year. Postgraduate enrollment is also based on the availability of unplaced students. Based on the above information, students register at the Training Center. Interested students are notified to the recruiting company. According to the number of interested parties, the company can organize a place either at the university or at its office. The CV of interested students can also be sent to the company for listing at the end. If the corporate policy is to implement a joint campus for colleges, then we are ready to implement it here on our campus.
