Deshbandhu College for Girls has continually contributed to the spread of higher education among women for more than fifty years. The college is affiliated with Calcutta University, one of the oldest universities in India established in 1857 and known for its high standards countrywide.

Admission

Admissions at Deshbandhu College for Girls are based on the semester-wise choice-based credit system. For general courses, students must have passed 10+2 in any discipline. For Hons courses, candidates must have passed 10+2 with min 50% aggregate mark.
