Admission Procedure (ONLINE)

STEP-1: SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION- ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FILLING

• An application for admission shall be submitted online only at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University Admissions Portal. The candidate may fill in the application form without waiting for the results of the qualifying examination (XII/Graduation/Diploma as the case may be) before the due date.

• The prospective student is advised to carefully fill in all the details and prioritize the choice of programs he/she wishes to apply to.

• (Refundable after completion of the program) is payable. Payment can be made through Net Banking/ Credit/Debit card/E-wallets at the time of submission of application.

• Alternatively, candidates may procure the Admission Brochure from the DBUU Campus, Administrative Headquarters, or City Centers, details of which are available on Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University’s website.

• Once an online application for admission is submitted successfully, the system will generate a unique application number which must be noted by the candidates as the same shall act as a Reference Number for all subsequent correspondence till the candidate is admitted.

Directions for filling Online Application Form -

• Read the Instructions for filling up the Online Application Form carefully.

• Keep a Digitized Photograph ready on your Computer Desktop for uploading with a maximum of 80 KB memory, 30mm x 45mm in size in a formal dress against a plain background.

• Also, keep ready scanned copies of the Secondary School Examination Certificate (10th as proof of Date of Birth), Senior Secondary School Examination Certificate (10+2 mark sheet), final year consolidated mark sheet/Provisional Certificate Degree/Diploma Certificate of the qualifying examination (if any).

• Fill up all fields with the correct information; Applicant’s and parent’s details as given in the mark sheet/testimonial of the last qualifying examination. Do not use all Capital/ Small Letters. Use Sentence case. Mandatory fields are marked with Asterisks, without which the application will not be submitted. You will have the liberty to edit certain fields as indicated in the format of the application including Address, Mobile Number, Qualifying Examination Result, etc.

• Take out a print-out of the final version of the online application form which must be brought at the time of the Physical Verification of Documents/Enrollment Process.

STEP-2: UPLOADING OF DOCUMENTS

• Every candidate shall be required to upload the following documents along with the application:

• High School/HSC examination pass certificate and mark sheet (03 copies)

• Intermediate/SSC examination pass certificate and mark sheet (03 copies).

• Diploma examination pass certificate and mark sheet (03 copies).

• Diploma examination pass certificate and mark sheet (03 copies).

• Marksheet and pass certificate of the graduation course (for admission to P.G. courses) (03 copies).

• Age proof certificate (matriculation certificate).

• Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate in the original.

• Migration Certificate in original.

• Character Certificate in original.

• Certificate claiming reservation benefits (03 copies).

• Passport-size photograph (16 copies).

• Certificate of sports participation at University/State/National level (03 copies).

• Medical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner or CMO.

• bSelf-addressed envelope (11 cm x 25 cm size) with Rs. 05 stamp affixed (10 nos).

• Gap Certificate (reasons for the gap year/years).

• NCC/NSS/Sports Certificate.

Note

Original testimonials will be verified at the time of counseling or joining the University.

Admission will be treated provisional till the production and verification of the original testimonials.

STEP-3: FEE PAYMENT

• All the students are required to deposit their fees online through the Fee Payment Tab option available on Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University’s website by using the login credentials provided to them.

• Fees can be paid through UPI/Debit/Credit cards or Net banking. The fee payment through this mode will be subject to a convenience charge as mentioned on the Payment Page.

• After successful payment of the fee, the Student/Guardian will get an online receipt for the same. Students/Guardians are advised to take print of the online receipt and keep it safely for any future reference.

• Please note that all online payments will be subject to realization. Actual credit of successful transaction of fee paid to student’s account may take 1/2 working day/s.

Admission Procedure (OFFLINE)

The Applicant can walk directly into our campus & meet our admission counselor, who will counsel the student regarding the different courses and the eligibility criteria. After all the details are received by the student, the applicant can fill out the admission form & submit a photocopy of the documents. After screening, the applicant will be informed about admission. On confirmation of admission, the candidate is required to deposit the fee as per university norms.
