Dev Bhoomi Institute of Management Studies (DBIMS) is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University.
DBIMS courses are offered at various levels like Undergraduate Degrees i.e. BBA, BCA, B.Com it also offers courses in applied sciences such as B.Sc Forestry, B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc PCM, B.Sc CBZ, B.Sc Food Tech, B.Sc Horticulture, B.Sc Microbiology, etc, Postgraduate Degrees i.e. M.sc Agronomy and M.SC Physics. Library:
DBIMS believes that the library is the most important factor of study & also the heart of the institution. Our collection comprises predominantly literature on Business, Management, Computer Applications, and allied areas. The library is well-stocked with books and journals. E-learning with internet assets is likewise available.
Sports:
The college presently has its own lush green playground, where regular sports & games such as volleyball, football, and cricket, etc are conducted from time to time. We have facilities for indoor games such as chess, badminton, Table Tennis and Snooker.
Computers Lab:
Computer Lab is equipped with Server based system and has high-speed internet connectivity. it also facilitates online testing, discussion boards, and courseware exchange. It also facilitates online testing, discussion boards, and courseware exchange.
Cafeteria:
DBIMS has a spacious and well-managed canteen that provides nutritional refreshments like snacks, tea, cold drinks, coffee, fast food & lunch. Healthy and hygienic meals are made in our college canteen.
Smart Classroom:
A Smart Classroom is the topmost self-service presenter-friendly environment beneficial to the teaching/learning activity. Resources that faculty needed are in perpetuity placed in simple, easy-to-use conformation. The collaborative atmosphere for learning, and clear, pleasant, and non-intimidating technology for the classroom.
DBIMS has initiated the Scholarship 2023 assistance to encourage and accelerate the students' educational and personal development. It is a small step taken towards strengthening the roots of India's future through nurturing its potent beholders. A scholarship of up to 25% (Per Year) on the tuition fees shall be awarded to the students who have their permanent address (DOMICILE) in Uttarakhand. A scholarship of 10% (Per Year) on the tuition fees for the girl child to support the academic pursuits of meritorious and talented girls. A scholarship of Up to 10% to support the meritorious and talented Students of Himachal, J&K, North East, and Darjiling. A scholarship of 10% (Per Year) of the total fees shall be awarded to the wards of the soldiers who lost their lives for the country. A scholarship of 5% (Per Year) on the tuition fees will be provided to talented athletes with exceptional performance at the national, state, and university levels.
The students shall strictly follow placement rules and regulations, failing which; the student shall not be allowed to avail DBGI’s assistance in the Placement process.
Every student must have a minimum of 75% or above attendance in academics and 80% or above in training classes in every semester in every Course and Co-curricular program.
Admissions to any of the programs at DBIMS are based on merit online or offline. As the first step, the student needs to register with the college along with the duly filled registration form. Registered students are then invited for admission to various programs on the basis of their merit.
