Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (Dev Sanskriti, or simply "DSVV") is an Indian university located at Shantikunj near Haridwar city in state of Uttarakhand. Established in 2002 by the act of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly it is a fully residential university.

The College of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya has many facilities. It is situated within the city of holy Haridwar. It also houses three Seminar halls, three auditoriums, a library with six six-floor buildings, a gym a basketball court, and many more. Furthermore, all of them are equipped with the latest technology. Furthermore, the campus is connected via wireless every day.
Library and Laboratories
The library is the heart of every institution. It allows access to print resources as well as digital sources. This is why it needs to be regularly updated and fully stocked. Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar has a large library. In reality, the library is comprised of six floors. The library is home to a huge collection of 40,000 volumes. Additionally, it houses thousands of international and national journals. In addition, the library includes reading rooms.

Canteen and mess
DSVV, Haridwar has a canteen and mess facility that caters to all food requirements of students. The mess is known under the name of 'Ma anandayi Bhojanalaya'. The mess also has a large dining room. The mess, however, serves only vegetarian meals. It also starts at 10 am and closes at 7 in the night.
The canteen is open before the start of the day. It is open from 7 am and closes at 8 in the night.
Health infrastructures are vital as students are far from their homes. Therefore, Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar provides access to a hospital with a variety of specialties. The medical services provided through the institution is provided free and cost-free. The hospital is home to 50 beds. Some services cater to O.P.D., the clinic, Ambulance, Naturopathy, Yoga Arogya Polyclinic, and so on.
The selection of candidates for UG and PG programs provided by the university is made through an entrance test followed by a personal interview. In the case of a Ph.D., candidates are selected based on the entrance test and research-related deliberation.
