Deva Matha College has a large and well-maintained campus and offers a tranquil learning environment. Deva Matha College Central Library of the College, located in the middle of the main block and spread over two floors, was put into operation at the beginning of the College's existence in 1964. It has 186 seats and an area of 518 m2. The M. Library has subscriptions to 14 newspapers, 32 magazines, 16 periodicals, and a book inventory of 63,000. The Central Library has goal corners for professors and researchers, a career corner, and a daisy corner for the blind. The ground floor houses an exclusive reading room, a reference department, a periodicals department, a library study, a circulation desk, a search engine/digital catalog, a documentation department, a newspaper kiosk, a real estate desk, a warehouse, and a medium copy. On the first floor, there are face-to-face/reading corners for students and a specialist book collection. 

The Central Library has its own website, extensive digital resources, and an excellent collection of digital resources such as CD books for the blind and e-book readers. The library has access to the INFLIBNET UGC N list. Content from the National Digital Library of India is available to students on demand for free on library computers. The library has access to the Journal of Respiratory of the Indian Academy of Sciences. He also has access to open-access journals published by Science Direct, Journals of the American Chemical Society, Royal Society of Chemistry Journals, Wiley-Inter Science, Taylor & Francis, and SpringerLink.
