Devta Mahavidyalaya Morna, Bijnor is the first self-financing institute in the Bijnor district affiliated with M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. The educational institution was founded in 2000 in a rural area. The college is located on the Noorpur-Dhampur road. It is  7 km away. distance from Noorpur and the college distance from Dhampur is 13 km. Nowadays, the college has a huge building and many faculties.

The university is situated on 9573 acres in Morna, Bijnor. The total built-up area of ??the college is 31,000 square meters. 

The college has a huge building, beautiful lawns, a large sports hall, a library, and a girls' hostel. Our university building is divided into blocks such as Administration, Science, Arts, Commerce, Culture/Extra Activities Block, and Library Block. Each block has a separate common room for girls with the necessary amenities. The college has well-equipped, modern, and well-maintained laboratories in the science stream of Domestic Science, Drawing, and Painting, as well as Geography and Zoology, Botany, Physics, and Chemistry. The college has several well-furnished and spacious classrooms and all the classrooms are attached to specific departments.

It also offers light snacks like packaged snacks and vegetables. 

scholarship 

The scholarship is given to students of Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes as per the rules of the board. Students must apply for a scholarship within 15 days of applying to the university. Students have to fill out their application form online on the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Government Scholarship and send a hard copy to the college. The student is responsible for difficulties or loss of scholarship if he does not fulfill the formalities related to the scholarship within the stipulated time.
