Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Institute of Research and Technology, Perambalur, Tamil Nadu, one of the emerging institutes was established in 2012 by theDhanalakshmi group. It is situated in Siruvachur, Perambalur. It was approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Anna University. This institute offers various Engineering programs with multiple specializations such as Agricultural Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Technology, and Petroleum Engineering. Apart from this it also offers an Architecture course. The admission process is merit-based; the college accepts JEE Main and NATA scores in their counseling process.

Placements:
The institute has an overall good placement record for Engineering and Architecture students.
